Day one; Mombasa- Tsavo east
This 3-day Tsavo East and Amboseli safari starts from Diani and combines road travel, the SGR train, and a classic overland safari experience. On the first day, you will be picked up early from your hotel in Diani and transferred by road to the Mombasa SGR Terminus, where you board the morning train to Voi. Upon arrival, your safari driver-guide will meet you and take you into Tsavo East National Park for a game drive en route to your lodge. After lunch and some rest, you will head out for an afternoon game drive, where you can expect to see Tsavo’s famous red elephants, lions, giraffes, buffalo, and a variety of birdlife, before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight
Day two: Tsavo East to Amboseli
On the second day, you begin with an early morning game drive in Tsavo East, followed by breakfast at the lodge. You then depart for Amboseli National Park, enjoying scenic views along the way and a game drive upon entry into the park. After lunch at your Amboseli lodge, you will head out again in the afternoon for a game drive, with excellent opportunities to see large herds of elephants against the dramatic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, as well as lions, cheetahs, and plains game. Dinner and overnight will be at the lodge in Amboseli.
Day 3; Amboseli- Panari Hotel Nairobi
On the final day, you enjoy an early morning game drive in Amboseli before returning to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, you will be transferred by road to Emali SGR Station, where you board the train to Nairobi. Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be met and transferred to Panari Hotel for your overnight stay, marking the end of your safari
