Day 1: Diani/Mombasa – Tsavo East
Pick up from the hotel / apartment at 06:30 in the morning and then drive along Mombasa – Nairobi highway for 155 kilometers. Stopover for coffee and proceed to Tsavo East National Park. You will enter the park through Bachuma Gate. Begin the game drive en route to Aruba Dam.
This is the chance to see wild animals such as lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards, cheetah, and giraffe among others. Proceed with the game drive en route to Sentrim Tsavo Lodge where you will check in and have lunch at around 13:00. Relax until 15:00. After which, you depart for afternoon game drive until 18:30. You back to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Sentim Tsavo Lodge
Day 2: Tsavo East – Tsavo West
Leave for the morning game drive, come back for breakfast and later, leave the lodge / camp towards Tsavo West National Park. Game drive en route to Ngulia Lodge. Check-in for lunch and after lunch, relax by swimming pool, cool your body, and watch the animals drinking water by the nearby waterhole. Later, go for the evening game drive, visiting the Rhino Sanctuary until 18:00 and then come back to for dinner and overnight at Ngulia Lodge.
Day 3: Tsavo West – Diani/Mombasa
Very early in the morning, take your breakfast and leave the lodge / camp to Mzima Springs for hippos and crocodiles. Take your nature walk at Mzima Springs where all the water from Mount Kilimanjaro come underground then burst from the volcanic lava rocks, therefore, making a big pool of water where you will find hippotamus, crocodiles, and different kinds of birds. After walking at Mzima Springs, come back to your bus and drive out of Tsavo West National Park to Nairobi – Mombasa highway. Stop for extra lunch at Voi and then drive back to your coastal hotel.
